BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Crescent Village Condominium  Owners Association

Your Association is an organization that combines a Board of Directors, committees and members into a team. The overriding objective of the Association is to administer the affairs of the community in a manner consistent with the safety and well being of the owners and residents, and the protection of their investment. It is responsible for running the business of the residential community as well as acting as a governing body. The Board of Directors will establish budgets, enter into contracts, and make financial decisions.

The Board of Directors

Responsibility for setting policies and administering the condominium is vested by the condominium instruments in the Board of Directors. It approves contracts, adopts the annual operating budget, and adopts the rules and regulation. In addition to enforcing the provisions of the legal documents, the Board of Directors may, through appropriate due process procedures, enact additional resolutions and enforce them.

Crescent Village Condominium Association, Inc. will hold its regular Board Meetings at the Crescent Village Clubhouse at 7:00PM the fourth Wednesday of the month. See the Board of Director's Calendar for dates.


At the beginning of each Board Meeting, Unit Owners will be allowed to voice their thoughts and concerns. After this time, Unit Owners are permitted to remain during the regular session portion of the meeting until the executive session begins, but will not be allowed to speak or otherwise participate unless specifically requested by the Board.
