• From New Haven: I95 South toward New York exit at 38 Merritt Parkway, Stay Left and merge onto CT15-S, then follow to Shelton / Exit 53, then make a RIGHT onto RT110N
• Once on RT110N: follow for 1&1/2 miles to Crescent Village, 745 River Rd (on the Left).

• Unit Owner's alterations to common area landscape may only be done following the specific approval of the Board of Directors. Unit Owners are to use the linked Landscaping Modification Request Form  to obtain such approval. 

• The monthly common charges for 2022 is $335. 

• The payment should be made out to Crescent Village and mailed to Pyramid Real Estate Mgt. Co.
