RE: NOTICE OF BOARD APPROVAL OF REVISED LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS
Please note that at our past Board meeting of March 27, 2013, the Board approved unanimously the below rules and regulations for our Association, that will augment the existing regulations in accordance with Article II, Sec. 2.5 & Article X, Sec. 10.1 – 10.10 of our Rules and Regulations:
1. Limits of two (2) decorative planters in driveway near garage doors. Limit of three (3) decorative items which include potted plants, trellises, statues in front and side of condo unit with a maximum of three feet in height.
2. Vegetables and herbs to be planted in back of units only with board approval. Potted vegetables and herbs kept in pots on patios and decks kept to a maximum of five.
3. Empty pots or pots with non-living plants to be removed immediately. This includes both front & back of units.
4. All holiday decorations to be removed & stored properly within two weeks after holiday. Seasonal decorations to be removed in a timely manner.
5. Vinyl siding is not to be punctured. Any existing holes are the responsibility of current homeowner to fill/repair before transfer of title to another owner.
6. Furniture, grills and outdoor accessories are not allowed on grass areas either in front or rear of condos. Portable pools, toys, bikes, etc. to be removed on a daily basis from all common elements which includes patios and under decks.
7. Towels, clothes, etc. are not allowed on deck railings.
8. All watering hoses to be moved to inside of unit after each use or placed in appropriate storage containers.
9. No open flamed torches and heaters or fire pits are allowed on the property.
10. Landscape/solar lights to be approved by the Board.
